اريد الاستفسار عن كيفية عمل المكاتب العقارية.
يعني هل هي تبيع العقار بدل المالك؟ و هل المالك يجب ان يسجل عقاره في أحد هذه المكاتب؟ و اذا جاء شاري هل المكتب لا يمكنه الا التسويق او بيع العقارات المسجلة عنده؟ ألا يمكنه البحث في الانترنات عن عقار آخر؟

موضوع يخص عقارات الاستحكام
يا اخوان شخص وكل شخص لشراء من والدي قطعة ارض بدون صك استحكام برغبة منه دون اكراه او اجبار مع وجود شهود بسعر مليون و 500 الف قبل 9 سنوات وتصرف بها كيفما شاء واالدي قبل 5 سنوات توفى رحمة الله عليه
والان نتفاجا بان المشتري يطالب بارجاع المبلغ مقابل الارض ونحن لا نعلم بان الوالد قد اشترى ارض وباعها لشخص علما مر على شراء الارض 9 سنوات ولم يطلب من والدي ارجاع الارض لا في حياته ولا بعد مماته الى يومنا هذا وتم تقسيم الورث قبل 4 سنوات سواء عقارات او مال افيدوني الله يحفظكم
