8,286 مبايعة عقارية خلال الـ 3 أيام الماضية
وضحت الهيئة العامة للزكاة والدخل أن عدد طلبات تسجيل المبايعات العقارية في خدمة ضريبة التصرفات العقارية، التي تم إطلاقها مؤخراً بالتزامن مع فَرْض ضريبة التصرفات العقارية، بموجب الأمر الملكي الكريم بتاريخ 14 / 2 / 1442هــ؛ بلغ مستوىً قياسياً في أيامٍ قليلة تجاوز 8,286 طلبا على مستوى مناطق ومدن المملكة.
وجاءت مدينة الرياض في المرتبة الأولى بين مدن المملكة ومحافظاتها من حيث عدد الطلبات التي تم تسجيلها بـ 234 طلبا، تليها محافظة جدة بـ 104 طلبات.....

جاتني رسالة نصيه لم اهتم فيها
فجاءة اتاني رقم سعودي لا أعرفه عن طريق الواتساب وقال لو سمحت ارسل لي الرسالة اللي اتت اليك عن طريق رسالة نصيه
جاتك بالغلط
يقول على نيتي قلت ابشر ارسلت له الرساله النصيه وكان فيها رقم كووود
بعدها سحب الواتساب من عندي
دخل على ربعي وجماعتي وقروب عايلتي يطلب منهم فلوسه على اساس انه فلان نفسه
الكل استغرب فلان يطلب منهم فلوس وابتزاز وغيره
المهم اولاده بلغوو الشرطه
واعلنو ان واتساب ابوهم سرق تهكير وقالو لاتعطو احد فلوس ولا ترسلون واعلمو حظر على الواتساب
فانتبهووو للرسايل النصيه او الروابط الغير معروفه

بعدها لن تجدهم هذا اذا ماخذ منك مصاريف ادارية
وراح تبلش مع السعاه وخرابيط
احلااااام كبيرة واخرتها تتورط معهم
فيه عالم محترفه نصب واحتيال

اريد الاستفسار عن كيفية عمل المكاتب العقارية.
يعني هل هي تبيع العقار بدل المالك؟ و هل المالك يجب ان يسجل عقاره في أحد هذه المكاتب؟ و اذا جاء شاري هل المكتب لا يمكنه الا التسويق او بيع العقارات المسجلة عنده؟ ألا يمكنه البحث في الانترنات عن عقار آخر؟
